Star from hourglass
I have discovered a very fast method for making quilt blocks " disappearing hourglass." Very easy one and giving a surprising final result. I used this method to make a baby blanket 36 x 48 inches.
It's called "disappearing hourglass" because the starting point is a block of triangles resembling to an hourglass. Four cuts and we have a star which looks as a very complex one to make.
