Atarashii

I made a long time ago a bag using Japanese Atarashii technique. It is completely hand-sewn, so I hadn't thought that I would do it or the second time. But I did.

When sewing it I used this tutorial. The bag consists of 12 Atarashii blocks of 14.5 cm and a bottom imitating 4 blocks.

This bag is made of blue-gray fabrics. The first was quite different: violet and lavender:

It's a lot of work, but they look original  and they are really hand-made.
