Arrow in the raibow
I loved the free pattern for a baby blanket " Which Way" from the Mixed Bag collection from Moda Fabrics. I was lucky to buy a charm pack from this collection. I added to that nine solids and here is an arrow on the rainbow :
As always I have modified the pattern - I enlarged it to accomodate in it the whole charm pack. So it's not a blanket - rather a wall panel or a carpet.
I cut a Charm pack into 5 inch squares and pieced into the shape of arrow using a fusible vlieseline. Very quick and acurate method.

I added a grey backing with owls (which I like very much) and hand quiltilng: grille design on the arrows and small arrows on solids (I put a thick cotton batting inside so the quilting isn't very visible).
