Prague Patchwork Meeting
Last weekend I was at the International Patchwork Meeting in Prague. For the first time. A lot of exhibitors, mainly private persons from Czech Republic and Slovakia. Majority of quilts were artistic creations, but some of them were traditional hand-quilted quilts - my favorite ones !
Some of the presented quilts were extraordinary ! For example a Grand Mother Garden quilt made from thousands of very small hexagons, which was widely admired by the public. What a patient ! I liked very much as well small quilts made by children which showed a big imagination and a joy of creation.
